Ways to Deepen Your Practice

I host two weekly meditation sessions that includes silent sitting and loving-kindness (metta) meditation, held in a supportive and welcoming environment. After the practice, there’s the option to stay for tea and informal conversation. Guidance and instruction are available, coming from my extensive meditation experience across multiple traditions. Beginners are absolutely welcome and supported in this environment.

They may be attended on Thursdays between 630 – 730 pm at Space yoga studio on Bray Street in Coffs Harbour and Sundays at 10 am in Valla.

I will be running the popular introduction to meditation course again early next year for those looking to start the year 2026 more mindfully and I’ll keep you posted here.

I also offer one-on-one interviews, either in person or online, for practitioners seeking support, clarification, or guidance in their meditation practice.

For those wishing to go deeper, a dedicated solo retreat space is available at the base of the property. Set up for self-contained living, it provides a peaceful environment for self-retreats. The space includes a separate building with shower, bath, and toilet. It is self-catering, but I offer weekly trips to the shops to collect groceries from a provided list.
